Program Description and Structure
TechMentors offers cohort-based, practical internship tracks structured as weekly sprints. A typical track (e.g., the 3-week Fundamentals of Web Development track) follows the schedule below, which is illustrative and may be updated by TechMentors from time to time:
- Monday–Friday: Self-paced preparation and homework assignments.
- Saturday: Live teaching meet covering the week's syllabus.
- Sunday: Code review, doubt-clearing Q&A, and periodic evening workshops.
- Capstone Projects: Candidates are required to build and deploy project(s) (for example, a personal portfolio and a business e-commerce store) as part of final evaluation.
Successful completion is subject to satisfactory participation, submission of homework/assignments, and completion of the capstone project(s) as evaluated by TechMentors mentors.
Application, Interview and Selection Process
All Candidates are required to submit an application through the Website and undergo a brief technical interview prior to selection. Selection is at the sole discretion of TechMentors based on interview performance and any assessment criteria communicated during the process.
Candidates who are selected will be informed of their batch schedule, timings, and syllabus. Selection does not guarantee a training slot until the applicable Program Fee has been paid and an Offer Letter has been issued.
TechMentors reserves the right to reject any application, revoke a provisional selection, or decline to issue an Offer Letter at its sole discretion, including where information provided by the Candidate is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.
Fees, Payments and Razorpay
Program Fees are as displayed on the Programs page at the time of application (for example, ₹48 for the Fundamentals of Web Development track) and are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Fees may vary by track and are subject to change for future batches; the fee applicable to you is the fee displayed at the time you complete payment.
All online payments on the Website are processed through Razorpay, a third-party, RBI-regulated and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. TechMentors does not itself collect, store, or process your card, net-banking, UPI, or wallet credentials — these are captured directly by Razorpay's secure payment infrastructure.
- By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's applicable terms of service and privacy policy, in addition to these Terms.
- TechMentors is not responsible for, and disclaims liability for, any technical errors, downtime, or transaction failures caused by the Razorpay platform, your bank, card network, or UPI/wallet provider.
- A successful payment confirmation (receipt/transaction ID) issued by Razorpay is proof of payment. Please retain this for your records and for any support request.
- It is your responsibility to ensure payment is made using your own valid payment instrument. TechMentors does not encourage or knowingly permit payment through unauthorized or third-party instruments.
Upon successful payment and interview clearance, TechMentors will issue an Offer Letter and Day -1 Task to the Candidate, typically communicated via the email address provided at application.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Because Program Fees (including the ₹48 application/confirmation fee) are charged to reserve a limited cohort seat and to cover interview evaluation and onboarding costs, the following refund principles apply unless otherwise stated in writing by TechMentors:
- Fees are generally non-refundable once an Offer Letter has been issued, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise on the Website at the time of payment.
- If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical error on the Payment Gateway, or if a payment is deducted but enrolment/Offer Letter confirmation is not received, please contact TechMentors within 6 days of the transaction with your Razorpay payment reference for investigation and, where applicable, a refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds, where approved, are processed back to the original payment method through Razorpay and may take 4–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- TechMentors reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a batch due to insufficient enrolment, unforeseen circumstances, or operational reasons, in which case affected Candidates will be offered a refund or a seat in a future batch at TechMentors' discretion.
Candidate Conduct, Attendance and Absence Regulations
Candidates are expected to engage professionally with mentors and fellow candidates, submit homework and assignments in good faith, and attend scheduled Saturday/Sunday meets.
- Repeated unexplained absence or non-responsiveness beyond the warning limit communicated during onboarding/FAQ may result in removal from the batch without a fee refund.
- TechMentors reserves the right to withhold a Certificate or Offer Letter benefits where attendance, homework submission, or capstone project requirements are not met.
- Any form of plagiarism, misrepresentation of submitted work, or misconduct towards mentors/peers may result in immediate termination of participation without refund.
Certificates and Offer Letters
A Certificate of Completion is issued to Candidates who satisfactorily complete the Program requirements, including attendance thresholds, homework submissions, and capstone project delivery, as determined by TechMentors. Issuance of an Offer Letter or Certificate does not constitute an employment offer, guarantee of placement, or guarantee of any specific career outcome.
Intellectual Property
All Website content, syllabus material, branding, logos, and workshop material are the property of TechMentors or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Candidates may use Program material for personal learning purposes only and may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly host TechMentors' proprietary material without prior written consent.
Capstone projects and code written independently by a Candidate as part of homework/assignments remain the intellectual property of the Candidate, subject to TechMentors' right to showcase anonymized/aggregated examples of candidate work for promotional purposes unless the Candidate opts out by written request.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechMentors and its mentors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Website, or violation of any applicable law.
Termination
TechMentors may suspend or terminate your access to the Website or a Program, without refund, in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent payment activity, or conduct that TechMentors reasonably considers harmful to its mentors, staff, or fellow candidates.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection law, the courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
